Reniplas Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia on August 1996, as a manufacturer of plastic bottles and containers for chemical, automotive, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. Presently, the most advanced technology and machinery are employed in mould fabrcation and manufacturing of our products, with a capacity range from 10ml to 5 liters.

Began operating business since 15th August 1996, Reniplas Sdn Bhd has been a pioneer in manufacturing plastic bottle and containers in Malaysia. We serve automotive, chemical cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries with our cutting-edge plastic bottles and containers. Utilizing and continuous investment onto innovative manufacturing equipment to fulfill the current market needs. Currently, we are able to produce our plastic products with a capacity range of 10 ml to 5 liters using our advanced and high-tech mold fabrication machinery.

We manufacture various kinds of toiletries and cosmetic plastic bottles. From shampoo bottles to toner bottles, we offer quality manufacturing and durable usage value. The bottles are available in an array of shapes and sizes and we are bound to produce these plastic bottles as per OEM manufacturing standards. The process used to develop the plastic is extrusion blow molding method. The type of plastics that we commonly use for our manufacturing is LDPE, HDPE, PET and PVC. Apart from the bottle body we also manufacture various kinds of bottle caps such as flip top cap, screw cap and many more.

We put extra care to our automotive and chemical plastic bottles and containers as these plastics should have the capacity to carry the chemical liquids into them. Therefore we ensure to manufacture plastic bottles that are non-reactive to the chemicals inside the bottle. This ensures leak prevention of the chemical and also the chemical stored would remain effective to use. The plastic material used is HDPE, and the bottle structure is sturdy and rigid built. The caps for these bottles are also durable and moisture resistance.

Pharmaceutical plastic bottles are usually utilized to store fluid, tablets or capsules, alcohol and other medical solvents. Our pharmaceutical plastic bottles are manufactured with the ability to withstand cracking and abrasion. The plastic material used for pharmaceutical plastic bottles is PET as this plastic is safe and suitable for placing consumable products. We ensure that our plastic bottle caps are air tight and have child resistant cap features. This helps prevent children from opening the pharmaceutical plastic bottles without parents’ knowledge.

All our plastic bottles are stringently tested by the quality controllers to ensure that our products meet the requirements of our clients. We ensure that our products are manufactured according to world-class manufacturing practice. In addition this indirectly helps us to determine and know about our overall production quality and efficiency.
